Im now travelling in East Timor also. I would like to say that I mostly agree with your views on East Timor. I love the people, There are not great monuments perhaps like in other countries in Southeast Asia but the people definitely make up for it.

Also, the country is really beautiful. Im riding a motorbike from Dili to Tatuala ( stoping wherever I can) and the road up and down the mountains is great. As well as the stunning beaches I been coming across on the way.
